Mix 1-2 scoops (Ultra Instinct) / 1 scoop (envy) in 1000ml of chilled water. Consume 15-20 minutes before training. Do not consume more than 1 serving per day. Store in a cool, dry place (refrigerator is optimal) Do not expose to heat or moisture.
