REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASES! 

 

Instructions for returning product: 

Please contact us via email support@viceversanutrition.com to let us know that you would like to return or exchange an product. Please include your order number and the reason as to why you would like a refund/exchange and include any necessary photo or documentation if applicable. Our admin team will thereby be able to assist you. 

Refunds: 

We do not refund for change of mind, if you recieved your products and wish to return them, you may submit a request to the following email support@viceversanutrition.com within 7 days of receiving your products for a store credit. For change of mind returns, shipping cost is to be paid at the customers experience.

If supplements are being returned, please ensure all seals and labels are intact and the tub has not been opened or damaged in any way, upon doing so all Return requests must be approved before items are returned, if apparel is being returned please make sure all tags are on, product is unwashed and presentable like new. Once request has been approved, a returns address will be provided to you. We do not accept returns for opened/used products if the following applies, you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, You misused the products in any way that caused the problem, the product did not perform to your expectations, you do not like the flavour/ingredients, including products where the manufacturer has reformulated the ingredients and/or repackaged the product label or if the return request falls outside of the 7 day allocated period. 

We do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only a store credit will be provided once your return item/s is/are received back our warehouse. You can thereby use this credit note to either repurchase your item/s in the desired size or choose something completely different from our website. Store credit will not include the shipping costs paid for in initial purchase. Please note, if you are returning an item for an exchange, we will require an additional shipping fee at the calculated total cost upon checkout. 

Customers are required to cover all costs involved with returning products. If any products returned goes against our product return eligibility, the customer will be contacted and given the option to have this product returned back (at customers cost) or for this to be disposed of. If the customer has contacted our customer service team and found a fault with one of their products Vice Versa will cover the return shipping costs. We are not couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs or damages which are incurred while using courier services.

Refunds: 

 

Damaged & incorrect Items: At Vice Versa Nutrition Pty Ltd If you receive your item and it is faulty/unusable, you will be issued with a FULL REFUND via your initial purchase payment method. Please fulfill a refund request, making sure to include photos of the faulty/unusable item so that the refund request can be approved if deemed appropriate for a refund. 

Once we have received your item and have assessed damages, your initial payment method/s will be credited with the full purchase price of the goods. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected at your end. Please note all return requests for faulty/unusable items MUST be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item and returned no later than 7 days from the date of the request approval.

 

We are under no obligation to collect your goods, but if we do collect all costs will be liable and payable by you before collection. 

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At Vice Versa Nutrition Pty Ltd we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. 

Can I cancel my order?
If you request to cancel an order, you must contact us via email ASAP with your name & order number to support@viceversanutrition.com.au
However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the request as it may have already been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, you will need to return the item to us via trackable post (ie. Australia post) at your own expense. You will then be issued with a store credit if the item meets the criteria. 

Sale items:

Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Bundles:
Items part of a bundle can not be refunded as they are classified as a sale item. Only items that can be exchanged is apparel. All apparel must meet our exchange/return criteria or you will be charged the rate of a new piece of the according apparel.

APPAREL:
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
Garments with distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear or covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.

THIRD PARTY:
We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers. You must be able to provide a receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from viceversanutrition.com.au

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
