Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Public holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask that you allow some additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipping of your order, we will reach out to you via email or telephone.

All Orders are considered Authority to Leave, If the courier driver cannot leave somewhere safe parcels will usually be taken back for collection from the nearest advised facility.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes and street addresses: We can ship to addresses within Australia to both PO Boxes and street addresses. For addresses outside of Australia, we can only ship to physical street addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: You are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Please review our Returns Policy in regards to receiving damaged items.
